2024-2025 Class & Club Registration
The online payment option for anything related to the upcoming school year will not be available until June 1. (The only exception is for Voyagers annual family fees.)
Cash and checks will be accepted at any time. Checks can be mailed to the PO Box or brought in person to the Treasurer on school days. Cash must be handed in person to a Director or Treasurer.

How to Register for Eluminatus Classes

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS IN ORDER AND CLICK ON EACH LINK TO COMPLETE THE NEEDED FORMS

  1. EN Membership application and pay $150 fee after application approved (per family). If you are a current EN member, you do not need to re-apply for membership. After the school year ends, you will be "forced" by the system to update your account and the $150 membership fee will be added to your account. 
  2. Complete the Eluminatus Family Enrollment Form and pay the $80 per family ($80 early registration by 6/1; or $100 late registration 6/2-7/29)

    ***The Eluminatus program is not designed nor accredited to support students with special needs.***

  3. Complete the Statement of Cooperation (one per student)
  4. Complete the Medical Release and Allergy Information Form (one per student; if you've already filled this out for Performing Arts, you don't have to do it again.)
  5. Register students using the Eluminatus Monday and Thursday matrices below, by selecting on desired classes and then selecting which student(s) you would like to register for each class
  6. Student completes math and science assessments: tutors will contact parents regarding dates for assessments
  7. Parent/guardian and student attend orientation: date TBD
  8. Student ID photo taken at orientation
  9. Complete Financial Agreement by orientation and complete payment option form (available soon).
  10. Pay materials fee to tutors by 8/1
  11. Sign up for parent squad: sign-up will be posted prior to first day of class

How to Register for Performing Arts

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS IN ORDER AND CLICK ON EACH LINK TO COMPLETE THE NEEDED FORMS

  1. EN Membership application and pay $150 fee after application approved (per family) If you are a current EN member, you do not need to re-apply for membership.   2. Complete the Performing Arts Enrollment Form and pay the $25 per student fee. There is a cap of $100 per family on this fee, so if you have more than 4 children participating, you only pay for the first 4. 
  3. Complete the Performing Arts Department Statement of Cooperation (one per student)
  4. Complete the Medical Release and Allergy Information Form (one per student; if you've already filled this out for Eluminatus, you do not have to do it again.)
  5. Register students using the Performing Arts Monday and Thursday matrices below, by selecting on desired classes and then selecting which student(s) you would like to register for each class

  5. Students and parents must attend orientation. Watch for dates to be posted soon.
  6. Student ID photo taken at the orientation.
  7. Pay club dues.
  8. Sign up for parent duty as requested by club leader/campus manager.
