Mrs. Lyndsey Huckaby To All Instructors

Lyndsey is married to Charles Huckaby, Pastor at Ramah Baptist Church, and she has three children, Andrew (13), Clara (9), and Lucy (3). She has been homeschooling from the beginning, and dearly loves being able to educate, disciple, and learn with her children at home.

Lyndsey graduated from University of Mississippi with a B.M. in Music Education, and she also earned a M.M. and Th.M. in Worship from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Lyndsey has worked for fifteen years in the field of editing, proofreading, and tutoring writers in the college/post-graduate worlds (and beyond). She currently serves on the editorial staffs for two presses and is an adjunct instructor of community college music appreciation.

While Lyndsey is relatively new to Eagle's Nest, she is thrilled to work with middle school students in language arts; in a season where students may lack confidence in many areas, she hopes that she can help foster a confidence in and love for reading and writing well—to the glory of God!
